The Cake Lady was established in 1990 by Suzanne Harmsworth who is the founder and sole proprietor. Her business operates from her home address, where she is able to produce a vast array of wedding and celebration cakes. Together with a personal service and very competitive pricing, which is not always possible in larger establishments, she has built up her business. The Cake Lady cakes are also available from a number of local specialist shops, but much business has been acheived from 'word of mouth' and recommendation . As all cakes are homemade and individual, personal requests can be catered for.

The Cake Lady is now able to offer wedding favours. For example, handmade truffles using Belgian chocolate, sugar almonds, gingerbread hearts, foiled chocolate hearts all perfectly presented in packaging to fit your occasion.
