Pre and Post Wedding Venue Search
It’s not just the wedding venue itself that needs to be found; where shall we hold the engagement party, will we have a wedding rehearsal, breakfast, post wedding party?? We have the answer to these questions!
The Theme
Every wedding is themed somehow, from the colours you choose for the invitations and table dressing, to your personal influence such as Scotland, or the magical, winter theme you’ve always dreamt about. We have years of experience in theming and will make sure that everything is coordinated. You will get nothing less than the WOW factor.
Booking and organising
From our extensive contacts with suppliers such as venues, caterers, dress shops, bands etc we can book as much or as little as you need. We can also be the contact to liaise between everyone, making sure we are on track for the big day.
The Roles
Having us on hand, we will be able to help your key wedding party feel as though they are part of the big day. We have handy guides for the best man, ushers, bridesmaids etc so they can get a feel for their role. We will be on hand to help them as well as you on the lead up to the wedding.
The Guests
The guests also become very involved and not just as the audience. We can coordinate the invitations and replies, help choose or liaise with guests and shops regarding the wedding list, ask the guests to wear a particular colour or bring something along that you feel will add to the day.
The Day
The last thing you want to do on the day is worry. Will the cars get there on time, will the flowers arrive? Let us do the worrying for you! With a fine eye for detail, nothing will be out of place and you will be free to do the most important thing, enjoy your day.
