Horsham, West Sussex branch - we hired 10 suits for our wedding on 9th June 2007, the staff at Horsham were very unorganised, we were not pleased with the customer service we were given however the suits were fantatsic and the pictures of all 10 men in the Traditional Suit look fab - just a shame about the low levels of service and mis haps experienced because of the staff - including them loosing measurements, ordering incorrect sizes and then not checking off the returns of all the suits and making the BestMan call everyone to chase the returns when actually all the suits had been given back to store- again lack of horsham store staff organisation skills!
