Park House is a beautifully situated, country house hotel in Sussex set in ten acres of gardens at the foot of the South Downs near Midhurst, West Sussex. Renowned for its relaxed atmosphere and intimate character, the staff, pride themselves on offering a friendly non intrusive service. Founded in 1948, many improvements have been made over the years but none of the charm or ambience of the house has been lost. Furnished with a blend of antique furniture and an array of contemporary art, guests have all the comforts they need whilst retaining the traditional feel.
The individually-designed en-suite bedrooms are all spacious, benefiting from the high ceilings and large windows of Victorian architecture. All rooms enjoy garden or down land views and are fitted to the highest standards. Two family suites and one room have been specially designed to accommodate disabled guests.
All meals are made using only fresh, homemade, wholesome traditional food and are served in either the dining room or conservatory, looking out over the lawns.
Park House is perfect for exclusive use for a private party. Any sort of event can be organised according to your requirements, from an intimate dinner to a lavish garden party. Use either The Sussex Barn or have a marquee in the beautifully landscaped grounds.
Converted to the highest standards and in a classical style, our Sussex Barn adjoins the main hotel and provides the ideal venue for smaller weddings, seating up to 60 guests.
Larger parties can be accommodated in a choice of marquees in the beautifully landscaped grounds.
Exclusive use of the hotel, grounds and recreational facilities is also an option, making your ceremony and reception even more special.

The premises are fully licensed for civil wedding ceremonies in either the conservatory or Sussex Barn.
