Catherine says “I want to be there for the brides-to-be. When it comes to planning for the big day, girls have a great idea about what they want, but they also like to be given the extra special attention that turns shopping into an experience. As a result we have some wonderful dresses and accessories for the whole bridal party, so that the bride can bring her entourage and turn it into an event to remember!”

Our daughter, Louise, was married on 27th September at Whatley Manor in Wiltshire and looked absolutely stunning in a dress supplied by Catherine, at her boutique in Arundel. Fortunately, someone recommended Catherine's care and attention to detail, at the time that we were looking for a gown and although we live a considerable distance away the journey was well worth it! We have nothing but praise for the bridal service that this lady provides and when you've seen the rest, you will find that she's the best. Well done, Catherine - the photographs of our daughter's special day will be a lasting reminder of the Catherine Francis Bridal Boutique in Arundel.

I contacted Catherine Francis Bridal Boutique for help and advice regarding a dispute with another bridal retailer (whom shall remain nameless). Catherine was utterly lovely. Totally professional, she was the voice of reason, balance, reassurance, kindness and sympathy for one very distressed bride to be. This is a lady who understands how the experience of purchasing a wedding dress should be and anyone purchasing a dress from her Boutique would be in totally safe hands. Without going into the circumstances, she had nothing to gain from providing support and was in regular contact with me for over a week while the dispute was proceeding. It just goes to show that running a bridal Boutique and dealing with brides is not a job for this lovely lady but a vocation!!!

How shopping for your wedding dress should be! After experiencing the service in a number of different stores, some good, some bad, this was a breath of fresh air! Catherine is personable, helpful and very patient. Her selection of dresses is very good, especially if you are looking for something just a little bit different. The boutique is very private and comfortable with large changing rooms. Not only did I find my dress, but the experience was a pleasure - I can’t wait to return for my fittings!

I have recently bought a ballgown for my 16 year-old daughter for her School Prom. Catherine Francis was my first choice of boutique and I have no regrets.
From our very first appointment, we were met by Catherine herself and were made to feel important and special.
The shop was closed to other clients during our appointment so, in complete privacy, my daughter tried on six beautiful dresses, any one of which would have been delightful.
The dress we chose was stunning and individual and enabled my daughter to be the belle of the ball.
During the subsequent fittings, we were always met in the same calm and unrushed manner. At no time were we made to feel intimidated, a characteristic which has been prevalent in the past in other establishments.
Whether you want a dress for a bride, bridesmaid or that special dress for an important occasion, I have to recommend this shop whole-heartedly.
